When your order is shipped, you will receive  2 emails; one email from us and another email with tracking information from Canada Post.

Click the tracking link to go to your shipment information. Save the tracking link so that you can locate your parcel if it does not arrive when you expect.

The Canada Post tracking link provides information for all shipments going to addresses in the US and Canada. The US Post does not have tracking information online, but sends this information to Canada Post. Priority mail provides more detailed tracking information than expedited mail.

You will receive another e-mail notification as soon as a package is received by your local  Post Office.

All reports of non-delivery have been delivery problems at the customer's address.

If delivery was attempted and failed, then you and your local post office must interact to complete delivery.
The PO will leave a card inviting you to arrange a second delivery attempt or to pick up the parcel. 
If you do not to pick up the package, your PO  should  send you  a reminder to pick up.
If, after 10 days,  you do not pickup the package, a final e-mail reminder should be sent informing you  you that the package is about to be returned.

Please Note: Our order terms state: By placing an order, the Buyer warrants that the delivery address is complete and correct and that he or she will be available to receive the shipment or will delegate the responsibility of receiving the shipment to a responsible party. The sellers obligation to deliver the order ends with delivery to the regional post office. All costs incurred by failed delivery to the address supplied by the Buyer will be paid by the Buyer. The seller accepts no responsibility for the cost of goods when delivery is refused by the buyer, lost by the Post Office, or for goods stolen or damaged.
